How goes it??
Cleaning up the garden a bit today and oooops, came across some veggies I left in the ground.
Carrots!
And my oh my were there more than just a few...
The earth produces such wonderful things for us, and these carrots are no exception.
None at all.
I know they look dirty, but I somehow think they are pretty covered in dirt.
Here, I've cut the tops off and thrown them in the sink to be washed. This is where work came into play a little bit. It took longer to wash all the dirt and hairs off than it did to pull them and plant them! At this point I almost thought it I'd rather spend the .89 cents for a bag, haha!
But I washed 'em anyway...
And we had some for dinner. The rest have been put away for another meal.
