Oh my goodness, I have been such a blogging slacker!! It's terrible, but I kinda really haven't wanted to. Is that bad?? Not much to share here in the crazy 'ol Pekary house but I'll do my best!
I think the best way to go about this is just another iPhone update with the pictures. It seems to be easier than digging through the many folders of pictures on the computer....that and well, I just got in from a 4 mile run with the girls and I'm pooped!
Here we go....and might I add these are in no particular order:)

We captured one of God's greatest creations, a beautiful rainbow.
A turtle eating from my garden, I caught him mid bite!Side of the road sunflowers. Another one of my favorite things about summer.
I loooooove getting new furniture. Spruces up the room a bit, gives it a fresh new look. And look, it's adorned with pineapples on top!
I love that our chickens come in the house to visit sometimes, especially Cocoa. He's the sweetest rooster ever and we just love our little pal:)
Date night. Yup. Love me an outdoor park with live music.
Yay!! Go Gators!! I've got two little fishies on the team this year, and they love it. This weekend is JSL's, so wish us luck on the final meet of the season!
There's always one who won't look at the camera...
My crazy girls....love you Heather and Margaret!
Girrrrrrl's night!! HOLLA
Pretty sure Target is our second home for "special" outings. Don't worry, no one was asked to leave, in fact some of the employees even joined in on the fun. Hey, at least we weren't trying on underwear in the isles! Or were we??? Hmmmmm......
I made peach jam with the tons of peaches we picked. My grandma gave me a super awesome recipe, thanks Gigi! I've been a canning crazy lady these past few weeks. Not pictured are the tons of salsa I've made, not to mention all the tomato sauce and peach puree I've frozen. The garden has been going wild out here!
A nice afternoon just Eleanor and I to visit my grandparents in Scottsville. My grandpa hasn't been in good health so we went to check on him. While we were there Grandma took us to see a Shakespeare play completely acted out by kids, it was amazing!! Love spending time with them.
COLOR ME RAD 5K.
It. Was. Awesome.
Just because.
I love these boots.
And....well, it was raining.
And any chance to wear these bad boys, I'm all over it.
More veggies from the garden. Like I said, it has been going crazy and I am so thankful for that! So excited for fresh veggies.
Didn't I mention my mad gardening skills?
Yeah.
I thought so.
Well, time to rest up for a fun filled day of swimming at the lake, swim practice and karate class tomorrow!
I can't believe school starts in 2 weeks, my son is turning three in one week, I'm photographing a friends wedding in 6 weeks, and in 5 weeks I have a girls trip to NJ to run another half marathon!!!
Can someone please tell me how to survive without going a little bonkers?
That would be grrrrrrreat. All the while I'm still planning our family vacation.
It'll get done.
That's my attitude and I'm sticking to it.
Peace out ya'll.
XOXO
April
