From the Garden to the Table~Mint

I told you about the series I was starting here on my blog, well here goes the first edition.
Today was the last full day of school for my daughter. Tomorrow at 11:00pm sharp she will no longer be a 1st grader, but **gasp** a second grader! So, in light of the end of school, I thought it would be nice of me to bring in a little treat for Eleanor and her classmates.

I think they were enjoyed by all.
By now you may be wondering what this has to do with my garden or the table.
But bare with me, I'm getting there!
Now, I didn't grow the pretzels, or the sprinkles, or the icing....but I DID grow the mint. And since I picked it from my garden to use in the recipe, I think these little cuties qualify for this post. Right?
Good.
I thought so.
Stay tuned for my next post, who knows where my inspiration comes from. But I have a good feeling that this will be entirely way too much fun for me.
Have a great evening!
XOXO
April
